About Smart Film Boss · HQ West Palm Beach, Florida
A family background in construction, years running high-rise exterior cleaning and glass installation companies, and four years focused on window film and smart film.
Our Story
The founders of Smart Film Boss grew up in family construction. Job sites, schedules and doing the work right the first time have been part of their lives for as long as they can remember.
That background led them to own and operate high-rise commercial exterior cleaning and glass installation companies, working on the outside of towers, hotels and commercial buildings across South Florida.
Up on those buildings, the same request kept coming from owners and property managers: they needed a contractor they could trust for window film and privacy glass. Smart Film Boss was started to meet that demand, and for the past four years it has done nothing but window tinting and smart film from its headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida.
How We Got Here
Tap each chapter.
Chapter 01
The founders grew up in a construction family. Long before Smart Film Boss, they learned how projects are bid, scheduled and built, and how much a contractor’s word matters to an owner and a general contractor.
Chapter 02
They went on to own and operate high-rise commercial exterior cleaning and glass installation companies. That meant working at height on commercial towers, understanding how glass is made, set and sealed, and running crews safely on active buildings.
Chapter 03
Building owners, hotel managers and homeowners kept asking the same question: who can we trust to tint our glass or make it private? Few film installers understood glass and commercial job sites the way a glass company does. The founders saw the gap and decided to fill it.
Chapter 04
For the past four years Smart Film Boss has focused only on architectural window tinting and switchable smart film, serving luxury homes, hotels, new construction, commercial buildings and yachts from our headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The Difference
Most tint shops only see the inside of a window. Our background is the whole building.
Years of glass installation mean we check glass type, coatings and seals before recommending a film, so the film is safe for your glass and your glass warranty.
We have run crews at height on high-rise buildings. Lifts, access, safety plans and working around tenants and other trades are routine for us.
We grew up in construction. We bid clearly, show up when we say we will and finish on the schedule your superintendent sets.
