How We Install
Our Installation Process
Tap each step.

01Site survey & glass check
We visit your property, measure every pane and identify the glass type, coatings and seals so we only recommend films that are safe for your windows.
02Film selection & samples
We bring physical samples and apply them to your glass so you see the exact look, darkness and reflectivity before you decide.
03Prep & protection
Floors, sills and furnishings are covered. Each pane is deep-cleaned and scraped so no dust or debris is trapped under the film.
04Precision installation
Film is cut to fit, applied with a slip solution and squeegeed flat, then trimmed to a clean, consistent gap at every edge.
05Inspection & warranty
We walk every window with you, go over curing and care, and register the manufacturer warranty in your name.
Window Tint Removal
Old Tint Out. Clean Glass Back.
Failing film makes a property look neglected. We remove it safely and leave the glass spotless, ready for new film or left bare.
Signs it’s time to remove
01Assess the old film
We check the film type, the adhesive condition and the glass so we choose the safest removal method for your windows.
02Steam & release
Professional steamers soften the film and adhesive so it peels away in large sheets instead of tearing into small pieces.
03Adhesive removal
Remaining glue is dissolved with film-safe solvents and lifted with tools made for architectural glass, without scratching coatings.
04Clean & inspect
Each pane is deep-cleaned and inspected so it is clear and ready for new film, or left clean and bare if you prefer.
05Re-tint (optional)
Most clients upgrade to a new ceramic or security film in the same visit, so the windows are only worked on once.
FAQ
Window Tint Questions
How long does window tint last?
Quality architectural window film typically lasts 10 to 20 years or more indoors, depending on the film, glass orientation and sun exposure. Most residential films carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty for the original owner.
Will window film damage my windows or void the glass warranty?
Not when the right film is matched to your glass. We check glass type, coatings and seals at the site survey and specify a film approved for your windows, and eligible installs include a manufacturer glass warranty.
How long does new tint take to cure?
Film usually looks fully clear within a few days to a few weeks, depending on the film and the weather. A light haze or small water pockets during curing are normal and disappear on their own.
How do I clean tinted windows?
Wait about 30 days after installation, then clean with a soft cloth or squeegee and an ammonia-free cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads, razor blades and paper towels on the film side.
Can you remove old tint without damaging my glass?
Yes. We use steam and film-safe solvents to release the film and adhesive, then clean the glass with tools made for architectural glass and its coatings.
How long does tint removal take?
Most homes take a few hours to one day, depending on the number of windows and the condition of the old film and adhesive. Removal and new installation can usually be done in the same visit.
